Yes. All customers are required to pay a refundable security deposit before storing. The amount is based on the size of the storage you use. The deposit is fully refundable provided there are no recoverable damage costs.
Access during our opening hours is free of charge. You can come and go as often as you need with no additional cost. Our working hours are 7:00 to 21:00 hours 7 days a week.
All contracts are normally valid for a month and can be mutually extended. If you would like to exist you will need to give us a 10 days notice.
We accept Cheques, DD, Online Transfers, Payments through Credit Cards
We do not allow storage of gold, silver, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item that you would like to store.
Orange offiers multiple levels of security to protect your belongings. Levels of security can range from 24×7 Security, Bio-metric controlled access to storage rooms, and may also include round the clock CCTV video monitoring, perimeter fencing and intercom systems

Safe deposit locker is located in a vault, which is built in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, which are followed by all banks in India. It is the safest place to keep your valuables and offers confidentiality and privacy.
The documents required for renting the locker are enlisted here under. Photo ID : anyone of the following: Ration Card, Voters Card, Passport, Driving license, I. Tax PAN card, Aadhar card. Address proof : anyone of the latest – Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Municipal Tax bill, Aadhar card. Photos : latest passport size photographs of all those who would operate the locker. Rent : 100% Advance payment of rent for the locker as per the period term, including taxes as applicable. Lease and license document to be executed between you and Orange.
Unlike what is generally offered by banks we offer dual keyed safe deposit lockers and safes in 9 sizes from small one with 4.92 X 6.89 X 19.37 mm size to the largest one with 15.16 X 20.87 X 19.37 size.
NOTE – You may request for special storage services, which can be designed, as per your specific need
You can place all items of value or important documents and information in a safe-deposit-box, for example:
Documents: Marriage Certificate, copies of your Will, Birth Certificate, copy of Passport, Share Certificates and Business Documentation.
Valuable items: jewellery, gold and silver, antiques, paintings, family heirlooms, irreplaceable items.
Yes, you may keep cash and currencies in a safety deposit box. In order to insure currencies you need to keep a transaction trail to evidence ownership.
Any living item – including animals and plants; any noxious material; offensive material – including drugs; inflammable or explosive material; firearms; immoral items; perishable items; banned or embargoed items; stolen goods or items stored for the purpose of seeking to put them beyond the reach of law enforcement agencies; money obtained from crime or fraudulent activity.
